Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your LoQal FranX account (app id ai.loqal.franchise) and the personal data associated with it. For more detail on how we handle data generally, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1: Delete in the app

You can delete your account directly from within LoQal FranX:

  1. Open the LoQal FranX mobile or web app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action is permanent and immediate. Once confirmed, your account is deactivated and your personal data is queued for deletion as described below.

Option 2: Delete by request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your account to arun@loqal.ai with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. We use the sending address to verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 30 days and may contact you to confirm.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the following personal data:

  • Your account profile and authentication credentials.
  • Personal contacts you imported into the CRM.
  • Communication logs you recorded (call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email metadata and notes).
  • Groups, lists, and personal CRM records associated with your account.

What may be retained, and for how long

Some information may be retained after deletion where we are legally required or permitted to keep it:

  • Legal and financial records (for example, billing, invoicing, and transaction records) retained for the period required by applicable law, typically up to 7 years.
  • Security and audit logs retained for a limited period to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you, which we may retain indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.

Note that records you shared with your franchise organization may persist within that organization’s account as part of its own business records, subject to that organization’s control.

Timeframe

Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation, except for the limited categories listed above that we are required or permitted to retain.
